 This 2 Section Stainless Steel Buffet and Warming Tray server is great for entertaining at any special event. 
 With the buffet warmer, your main courses, side dishes or desserts will stay warm. 
 It comes with two individual stainless steel chafing dishes which hold 2.5 quarts. 
 Each dish comes with clear dome polycarbonate lids. 
 Each stainless steel chafing dish fits inside the pan holder, which can be removed so you can use the stainless steel warming tray alone. 
 The stainless steel heating surface 2 - 2.5 quart stainless steel chafing dish holds approximately 20 servings.
 
3 variable heat controls ( low, medium, and high ), 130 to 185 degrees.
Stainless steel base can be used as stand alone warming tray.
